Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Bundle Policy

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital bundle purchases are non-refundable once files have been accessed or downloaded. This is clearly communicated on every product page.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your files, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.

Custom Service Policy

Before requirements are submitted: A cancellation request submitted within 24 hours of payment may be eligible for a full refund. Contact us immediately at hello@thebundlelab.com.

After requirements are submitted: Work begins immediately. Refunds are not available once requirements have been submitted and work has commenced.

Revisions: Revisions included in your package will be honoured within the agreed number of rounds.

Exceptions

In cases of duplicate charges or verified payment errors, a full refund will be issued promptly. Contact us with your order details.
