How it works
Instant download: what happens after you pay
From checkout to your first open file — how delivery, library access, and re-downloads work.

Digital bundles at The Bundle Lab are delivered electronically. After payment confirms, you receive order confirmation with secure download access. Files are also intended to appear in your account library for later re-download.
Most products ship as a single professional PDF pack containing every section listed on the product page — cover, tools, and closing notes. Open on desktop or mobile, or print A4 / US Letter pages.
Because delivery is instant, digital downloads are generally non-refundable once accessed. That keeps pricing fair for creators and clear for buyers. Custom services follow a different timeline: pay, submit requirements, then receive delivered work.
If a download link fails, check spam for the confirmation email or contact hello@thebundlelab.com with your order number. We will help you regain access.
